This is one of my absolute favorite dishes. I love cauliflower to begin with, but this dish hits all the write notes of crunchy, savory, and spicy (if desired as they let you choose the spice level). I get this dish every time my wife and I come to this restaurant and have never been disappointed!

The food was excellent. The lamb was soft and tender and the korma sauce was very tasty, cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional also, The owner, Mr Indarjit Singh introduced himself to our party. It was a very pleasant visit to Sitar- New Haven, CT.

I brought the dal tadka to some friends and they genuinely feel transported back home after enjoying it. You can tell that the spices are truly integrated with the dish which shows how much of a labor of love it is to make. The consistency is amazing and the spice level is accurate.
